Guide Juan was extremely knowledgeable, in general, and particularly about Patagonia, the park, the animals. He was able to both answer our specific questions as well as spontaneously inform us of the interesting aspects of the park and its history. We had extremely unusual snowy weather in November and he did his best to chase the clear skies and achieve the views for which Patagonia is so well known, as well as show pursue some areas we would not otherwise have seen to compensate for cloud cover. We saw 3 pumas! among many other birds/animals. Felipe was an excellent driver. Both very pleasant company.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Don't waste time with group activities and bus tours when you can have a customisable private tour to such an unforgettable place with a knowledgeable guide. We spent more time at certain locations to further explore and even cut short our lunch break as we didn't want to miss out on anything.
